Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Crack 1 egg into a bowl, and scramble it with a fork.
Mix the flour, egg, and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Knead all ingredients until dough is formed and there is no rogue flour at the bottom of the bowl. It will be a little sticky, but it should be elastic.
Cut dough into four pieces and shape into 1SP "worms".
With floured hands (I definitely add a little flour here, but less than 1/4 cup, which would add points to your recipe, in theory), shape into a "knot."
Mince your garlic cloves, and mix in a little bowl with Italian seasoning.
Spritz each knot with EVOO spray, then top with a sprinkle of your garlic/seasoning mixture.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Check periodically until they're golden brown and ready to eat.
Cool and serve, if you wish, with some zero point pasta sauce.
