  • 2 eggs 1 for the dough, 1 for the egg wash
  • 3/4 cup Self-rising Flour I use Gold Medal Brand
  • 3/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt I use Wegman's or Fage
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • EVOO for topping knots (just a spritz for each knot)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Crack 1 egg into a bowl, and scramble it with a fork.
  • Mix the flour, egg, and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  • Knead all ingredients until dough is formed and there is no rogue flour at the bottom of the bowl. It will be a little sticky, but it should be elastic.
  • Cut dough into four pieces and shape into 1SP "worms".
  • With floured hands (I definitely add a little flour here, but less than 1/4 cup, which would add points to your recipe, in theory), shape into a "knot."
  • Mince your garlic cloves, and mix in a little bowl with Italian seasoning.
  • Spritz each knot with EVOO spray, then top with a sprinkle of your garlic/seasoning mixture.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.  Check periodically until they're golden brown and ready to eat.
  • Cool and serve, if you wish, with some zero point pasta sauce.
