Did you join Weight Watchers this year and now you are looking for Weight Watchers friendly BBQ sauces? Look no further, I've got you. Here are my favorite BBQ sauces. Now, these BBQ sauces range from no sugar bbq sauce, low sugar, and natural sugar bbq sauces. Full disclosure, I have not been paid or gifted any of these.
If you are new to this site, this blog focuses mostly on WW recipes that are family friendly. These recipes also happen to be lower in calorie and some recipes can be adapted to Keto or a sugar free recipe. That being said, this list is a culmination of Weight Watchers friendly BBQ Sauces.
The Best No Sugar BBQ Sauces for Weight Watchers
Lillie's Q Zero Sugar Carolina Barbecue Sauce

Lillie's Q No Sugar Carolina Barbecue Sauce is my new favorite. Now, Lillie's Q has a whole line of 3 low or no sugar BBQ sauces and I do plan on trying the rest, but this was so good. It is a tangy, tomato based BBQ sauce that is not overly sweet (more on that below). There is a sweetener of Sucralose which some may not prefer, but this tangy vinegary BBQ sauce is worth checking out. 0 smart points for 2 tbsp as of January 2021.
Ray's No Sugar Added BBQ Sauce

Ray's No Sugar Added is "from the Makers of Sweet Baby Ray's" and you can tell that they worked hard on trying to match the flavor and consistency of their namesake. If you like Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ and you are looking for a low sugar, keto friendly, Weight Watchers friendly BBQ sauce, this is for you. Again, this BBQ sauce is sweetened with Sucralose. 0 smart points for 2 tbsp as of January 2021.
G. Hughe's Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

G. Hughe's Sugar Free BBQ sauce is a known favorite for many in the Weight Watchers and Sugar Free community. Like Lillie's Q and Ray's No sugar, this is a keto friendly BBQ sauce that is sweetened with Sucralose. Personally, I find these very sweet and the sweetest on this list--similar in sweetness and consistency to Kraft BBQ full sugar sauces. 0 smart points for 3 tbsp as of January 2021. With getting a whole extra tablespoon of BBQ sauce for zero points, this is the best (point-wise) Weight Watcher friendly barbecue sauce.
The Best Low Sugar BBQ Sauces for Weight Watchers
Mother Raw BBQ Sauce

Mother Raw BBQ sauce is a great alternative if you want a more natural ingredient list and a naturally sweetened BBQ sauce. Their BBQ sauce is a refined sugar free BBQ sauce that is naturally sweetened with dates. As far as flavor, this is a good, tomato-y bbq sauce that has a nice depth of flavor from garlic, smoked paprika, and chipotle. It's smoky, but I wouldn't call it spicy. This bbq sauce is 1 smart point for 2 tbsp as of January 2021.
Homemade BBQ Sauce

Wow, look at that smoky, sweet, and amazing BBQ sauce. Did you know I have a bbq sauce recipe in my ebook? It's 27 calories, 3 grams of sugar, and it is really simple to make. Similar to the Mother Raw BBQ sauce, it's all real ingredients. Unlike the Mother Raw BBQ sauce, I chose to sweeten my BBQ sauce with brown sugar. Nutritional Info: 0g Fat, 6g Fat, 0g Fiber, 3g Sugar, 0g Fiber. Weight Watchers smart points 1 smart point per tbsp as of January 2021. I've got a whole section of Weight Watcher friendly condiments including a zero point ranch, low point bleu cheese dressing, and zero point thousand island--you should check it out.
Other Low Point BBQ sauces for Weight Watchers
Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce

Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce is a slightly lower point bbq sauce than the rest of the Kraft BBQ sauce line. While this one is 2 smart points for 2 tbsp, the rest are 3 points. Is this "clean eating?" Clean eating isn't really a thing, and it is a fad diet that reeks of classism. That being said, it does have high fructose corn syrup and preservatives; if you are avoiding them, this isn't for you. Gotta say though, this is cheap and reliably delicious.
Trade Joe's BBQ Sauce

Trader Joe's has a plethora of rotating condiments. It's actually hard to commit to loving a product at Trader Joe's because they discontinue things all the time. I like their BBQ sauces, especially the Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce. Again, I prefer a less sweet BBQ sauce. This has that signature vinegar-mustard flavor of Carolina BBQ sauces and I love it. This is only 3 smart points for 2 tbsp, and I think it's worth it. Most of their bbq sauces happen to be Weight Watchers friendly bbq sauces.

Looking forward to trying a few of these!

I did not know that Trader Joe’s had a Carolina Gold BBQ sauce! I’m from South Carolina and mustard sauces are my favorite. Thanks for the info!
