Top your burgers with horseradish aioli
My turkey burgers are pretty fantastic on their own, but topped with caramelized onions, swiss, arugula, and my horseradish aioli? You've got an indulgent, restaurant-quality burger everyone will love.
Turkey burgers are only as bland as you let them be. They are a blank canvas, begging to be turned into something decadent. In comes this sauce. While I admittedly wasn’t the biggest horseradish person before, this sauce is amazing. It hits you in the face with flavor.
I've also served this sauce as part of a roast beef sandwich using deli meat. Try my French Dip and French Onion soup recipe, or check out the turkey burgers that form the base for this sauce.
What is an "aioli," anyway?
