Welcome to DwardCooks. I'm so happy you're here. This site was born as a venue to share my passion for cooking healthy, comforting meals for my family as I followed the WW Freestyle plan.

My cooking philosophy is to cook with real food whenever possible, avoiding falling into the trap of eating sad, cold, and dry turkey sandwiches, baby carrots, all the eggs your fridge can fit. Or barely seasoned chicken covered in hot sauce.
Now, I love me my zero point food, but I am not a bunny rabbit, nor can I pretend yellow mustard and hot sauce are the only condiments I enjoy. The reason this plan works is that it gives you the flexibility and inspiration to find the way it works for you.
I am grateful for my days of doing this program all wrong because it taught me about myself; I learned that if I am not enjoying my food, I'm never sticking with this. WW has inspired me to be creative and open to new food.
This site and my Instagram account would have not existed the first time I did WW. It was all "plain chicken," broccoli, and hot sauce. It was a bummer, and it didn't last. My success came from being adventurous with food and making sure that, if I was going to eat something, I was going to enjoy it. I've been on the program since June 2017, and my success comes from finding enjoyment out of food and life.
