Chick-Fil-A sauce is a tangy and creamy honey mustard bbq based sauce that is very delicious, but it is so simple to make at home. Even better, this healthy copycat Chick-fil-A Sauce is less than 1/4 for the calories and it even has a little added protein. At only 32 calories a serving (2 tbsp) and 1 WW SP, this is one of my favorite low calorie and low point condiments to have on hand.

It’s my pleasure to introduce this chicken dipping sauce to all of you. BBQ sauce and mustard may sound like a strange mix, but it is absolutely heavenly. It is a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce that pairs perfectly with air fryer chicken tenders.
Weight Watchers Chick-Fil-A Sauce
One of my biggest struggles with Weight Watchers was always the condiments and sauces. I am not dainty nor am I the type to be a "one packet of sauce" type of guy in any kind of drive thru situation. This healthy copycat Chick-fil-A sauce is for all of my condiment lovers out there. ONE packet of Chick-fil-A sauce is 6 SP on Weight Watchers. This recipe, however, is you can have over 1/2 cup of this sauce for the same points. This is an even 1sp for 2 tbsp on all plans until you get up to 10 tbsp.

Sugar free BBQ sauce for Chick-Fil-A Sauce?
Chick-Fil-A sauce is sweet and smokey with the smokiness coming from the BBQ sauce. I do have my own recipe in my ebook which is a little higher in points than the sugar free versions in stores, but it's made with real sugar. I have a full list of my favorite store bought BBQ sauces that are low point and low calories. Any of these will work, but I will caution you to use the honey LAST. If you are using store bought BBQ sauce, especially sugar free versions, they can be sweeter than typical BBQ sauces.

I calculated these points and calories using G Hughes BBQ sauce because that is the most popular BBQ sauce my followers on Instagram use. I have tried it with several BBQ sauces on the list and they all work well, although you may need to add more honey for the vinegar based ones. Personally, if I make this with g Hughes, I skip the honey altogether since it is a little too sweet for my liking (my wife still prefers it with the honey).

- ¼ tsp kosher salt*
Instructions

Notes
*because of the discrepancies between BBQ Sauces on the market, mix in the honey and salt at the end after tasting. Some BBQ sauces, especially sugar free BBQ sauces, can be overly sweet while others can be a tad salty.
