Looking for a simple and easy dessert? This easy and healthy cheesecake dip comes together super quickly, it is a no-bake dessert, and it would be great for entertaining. This dip is somewhere in between cheesecake and fruit dip and it is so tasty and easy.

Call me old fashioned, but I love a good Cool Whip based dessert dip. They are so easy, and honestly everyone at the party loves them. This is no different. My daughters gobbled this up. Heck, I was eating it by the spoonful with strawberries. This easy and healthy cheesecake dip is a great party food that is sure to be a hit.
Cheesecake Dip with Fruit
This cheesecake dip pairs really well with fruit both as a dip or mixed in. After trying several versions of this, I wanted to keep it plain, but you could easily add in chopped strawberries, raspberries, or even a swirl of jam to make it a fruit based cheesecake dip. I opted for plain because I plan on experimenting with this more later, but I will say I did eat a good amount mixed together with sliced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs--it was heaven.
This dip is sweet and pairs so well with strawberries. When serving, I recommend placing the dip in a large bowl with various fruit, graham cracker squares, and pretzel thins. Brownies too--this would be amazing with brownies. This would also pair really nicely with dessert shells and berries.
Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Dip
This cheesecake dip does have Greek yogurt and no you can't taste it. When I make cheesecake from scratch, I like the addition of sour cream to balance the sweetness with some tang. The Greek yogurt's tang is mellowed greatly by the sugar, cream cheese, and whipped topping. When I think of recipe substitutions, I always think flavor first then calories. The Greek yogurt adds creaminess, smoothness, and cuts the sweetness to a nice balance.

Weight Watchers Cheesecake Dip
The recipe itself makes 4 cups and each serving of dip is 2 tbsp. This light and creamy dip is only 1 WW SP for 2 tbsp on blue and purple. It is 2 WW SP on green because of the yogurt. 2 Tbsp of this easy and healthy cheesecake dip is only 62 calories.

I am not one for artificial sweeteners as they don't agree with my stomach, but if you are cool with them you can make this even lower in calories and points. Most whipped toppings also come in Light and Fat Free Versions. Neufchatel is 1/3 fat cream cheese, but they also make fat free. There are many types of powdered sugar replacements, however I am not familiar.
