Healthy Greek Yogurt blue cheese dressing is one of my favorite salad dressings to enjoy on sandwiches, fries, cobb salad, and with buffalo chicken. This dressing is chunky, creamy, and deliciously bleu cheese-y. Do yourself a favor, and pass on the pre crumbled blue cheese for a chunk of the real deal if possible.

If you are more of a ranch person, you need to try my zero point Healthy Greek Yogurt Ranch. It is one of my most popular recipes for a good reason.
Best Weight Watchers Blue Cheese Dressing
This healthy & homemade Greek yogurt Blue Cheese dressing is 70 calories for 2 tbsp. and only 1 WW SP on each plan. Now, some of you may be leary of the Greek yogurt in the dressing--I get it. This does not taste like Greek yogurt. The trick is making sure you get some good blue cheese.

I prefer full fat cheese whenever possible because the flavor is unmatched. Get a small chunk of blue cheese from the fancy cheese section of the store and make this from scratch. You'll never buy bottled dressing again. The Greek yogurt actually works well here as a thickener and the tang gets complimented by the distinctly blue cheese flavoring.
Blue Cheese Dip vs. Blue Cheese Dressing
In my opinion, nothing beats pizza shop blue cheese. The thick, kind of warm because it's been sitting in the bag with wings type of dressing. If you like your dressing thick, use 1/4-1/2 cup of milk. If you like your dressing pourable, go for 3/4 cup of milk. This dressing uses skim milk, but I have made this with all types of milk and it comes out great. If you let this sit overnight, give it a good stir.

For this epic sandwich, you'll need my Air Fryer Chicken Tenders, my Simple Vinegar Slaw, and my Light Biscuits.
How long does Blue Cheese dressing last?
While properly stored blue cheese can last four weeks in the refrigerator, homemade blue cheese dressing does not. This recipe makes 2 cups and it will last about 1 week in the refrigerator. This recipe is easily halved.

All plans (points remain same for 1/2-3/4 cup milk) - 1 WW SP for 2 tbsp, 2 WW SP for 1/4 cup
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz crumbled bleu cheese
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup preferred milk
- 1c plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 splashes of Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix with a fork while breaking up the blue cheese chunks.
- The recipe is best the next day, but let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the ingredients to meld.
Notes
I like my bleu cheese pourable. If you like your bleu cheese dressing a little thicker, decrease the milk to 1/4 cup or add more Greek yogurt.

How is unsweetened almond milk with this! I know the recipe says “preferred milk,” but does that include non-dairy options? (I’m not lactose intolerant; I just only ever buy almond milk!)

This does include non-dairy options! This works great with cashew milk and almond milk.

This dressing is amazing! I made it today for the second time, and I will never buy store bought again. You totally nailed it!
